Cold Conditioning and Storage

A very large chest freezer is used to cold condition the kegged beer. I also force carbonate the beer while it is conditioning in the freezer.

In order to force carbonate the beer I have a 20# co2 tank outside the freezer with dual pressure regulators allowing more than one carbonation level depending on beer style. To distribute the co2 to the various kegs my brother Matt made a real fancy distribution block. This allows me to condition and carbonate every keg in the freezer at the same time.

Now that the beer is conditioned and carbonated it's time to drink it! Hooray!!
